Mr Williams Otero Vázquez was my tour guide for the Jet Ski. It was my birthday weekend and he was very professional, Knowledgeable, had a great personality and reminded me of family. This was an awesome experience. He made sure to check on me for safety reasons as well. He even captured a video and photos for me to share with family and friends. Thanks Mr Wiill! Williams was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. His professionalism, enthusiasm, and genuine passion for what he does made the entire experience unforgettable. Nilki was very informative about all things rainforest, bugs, plants. Very entertaining.

I really enjoyed the experience. Our guide Nikki was amazing. The slides were fun, but I also enjoyed just relaxing in the water, the temperature was perfect. Nikki also showed us how to catch fish. Highly recommend. The stop at the the fruit stand was also wonderful, it has much more than just fruit.

The waterfalls are amazing, but Bri made the experience over the top. We learned about P.R. and she took the best pics and videos. She also helped everyone choose pur lunches. Amazing day.
