Reviews
We booked this because of the partnership with el conquistador for transportation purposes since it is located in Fajardo. The other Yunque tours included more. I expected to do the natural slide to the river and also the rope swing that was shown on another site. It didn’t happen. Disappointed in what we got for the price. 4 hours of which half of that time is spent driving and just seeing a tower, water fall, and little time spent in the river to swim. I’d suggest you stay in San Juan and book through viator for a better excursion. This tour should be 1 hour longer to count as half day.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the tour didn’t fully meet your expectations. While we do our best to provide an enjoyable experience, every tour offers something unique, and not all include the activities you may have seen elsewhere. The itinerary is designed to showcase some of El Yunque’s most beautiful and accessible spots within the allotted time, while also considering transportation logistics. We appreciate your suggestion and will take it into account as we continue improving our offerings. We hope you’ll give us another chance in the future! 🌿😊
The rainforest is super beautiful and extremely unique, an absolute must to see. We originally wanted to go on our own, but so glad we decided to use the tour. The roads are very hard to navigate, and change all the time depending on the weather and the maintenance. Our tour guides Luis and Ruben grew up in the area, were very knowledgeable and so much fun!! it really adds to the visit to learn more about the culture in the history as well as the unique aspects of this rainforest. Oh well worth it 🙂
