What's Included
Rainforest Full Day is considered a three-location hopping, low-impact walking activity for all family members, with transportation included.
It starts with a short walk to the river, where you can enjoy the natural water slides, the landscape, a good swim, and free dive from multiple heights. The second stop is El Portal del Yunque, the visitor center and gateway to El Yunque National Forest, with rainforest exhibits, a trail, an info desk, and a shop. The third stop is in one of Puerto Rico’s most popular locations: Los Kioskos de Luquillo. Taste the local cuisine (food is not included in the tour), browse the local souvenir shops, and take a walk on the nearby beach. Jet Skis are available on a first-come, first-serve basis on the beach.
Return to the hotel is at 4 p.m.

Review of Natural River Slide + Beach and El Portal Del Yunque [Hyatt Regency Hotel & El Conquistador Resort]
We had Ruben Sr. as our guide, nice guy, friendly, speaks well. We just didn’t enjoy the tour as much as we thought we would. We went to the Rainforest visitor’s center and watched a 15 minute video about the Rainforest… there’s no hiking on this trip. Then we got dropped off at the beach which is no where close to being as clean as the beach at the hotel. (Ex. Garbage and syringes washed up). It was a waste of our time and money. We would not recommend this trip.

Our rainforest experience does begin with an informative video at the visitor center to help guests understand the significance of the area. While this tour is more focused on learning and relaxing, we understand it may not have been what you were hoping for if you were expecting more hiking or active exploration. Regarding the beach, we take cleanliness very seriously, and we’re concerned about your experience. We’ll look into it and make the proper report to the city hall,since this is a public beach to ensure the location is properly maintained.
